What counts as a page?
One page equals one standard letter-size page (8.5x11 inches) whether scanned or native PDF. Multi-page documents are counted by actual page count.
Are there any setup fees?
Core extraction has no setup fees. Some add-ons like Court Portal Submission have one-time setup fees for integration work.
How does volume-based pricing work?
You commit to a minimum number of pages per month (500, 1500, 3000, 5000, or 10000). Higher volumes unlock better discounts. Unused pages roll over for 30 days.
Can I add or remove features anytime?
Yes. Add-ons can be enabled or disabled at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What file formats are supported?
We support PDF (native and scanned), TIFF, PNG, JPG, and common document formats. Our OCR handles handwritten and low-quality scans.
