2. Description of Services

1DocExtract provides AI-powered document extraction, analysis, and automation services for legal, compliance, and regulated workflows. Our services include document processing, data extraction, court filing automation, and API access for integration with your systems.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary algorithms
• Exceed your plan's usage limits without authorization
• Use extracted data in violation of applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to documents you upload. 1DocExtract retains all rights to our software, AI models, and proprietary technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services according to your subscription plan.

6. Service Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy in our document extraction services, AI processing may not be 100% accurate. Users are responsible for reviewing extracted data before relying on it for legal filings, compliance submissions, or other critical purposes. We recommend human review for high-stakes workflows.

7. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan. Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1DocExtract shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases, and we will delete your data according to our retention policies.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
